Melissa Payne appointed as Operations Director

We’re pleased to announce that Melissa Payne has been appointed Operations Director at Powerstart.

Melissa brings a strong blend of commercial and operational leadership to the role. She joined the team almost 11 years ago with a background in marketing and went on to manage our internal sales team, helping strengthen how we communicate our value and support customers from enquiry through to order. For the past 18 months, Melissa has served as General Manager, playing a key role in driving performance across the business and supporting our continued growth in our mission-critical applications.

In her new position, Melissa will lead our operational focus on quality without compromise, delivery performance, and continuous improvement, ensuring we continue to meet the high standards our customers expect worldwide.

Melissa said of her appointment:
“I’m really pleased to be stepping into the Operations Director role — it feels like a natural progression for me. The last 18 months as General Manager have given me a proper, end-to-end view of the business, and I’ve learned a huge amount across every part of what we do — from how we support customers day-to-day to what it takes behind the scenes to consistently deliver quality and reliability.
