Our South African operations serve as the powerhouse of our manufacturing and product development, where decades of expertise in hydraulic systems drive innovation and quality production. Here, we design and build our renowned non-electric starter motors and hydraulic components to the exacting standards that have made us the first company worldwide to offer complete cast-iron hydraulic starters for the mining industry.
The Johannesburg site is responsible for:
- Complete hydraulic starter motor design and manufacturing (pre-engaged and inertia variants)
- JetStream turbine starter production in cast iron for underground mining
- Hydraulic mini pack manufacturing
- Design and build of manifold blocks for system integration

UK Systems integrations and assembly
Our UK facility specialises in systems integration, final assembly, and customised solutions tailored to meet customer needs. Here, we combine our South African-manufactured starter motors, mini packs, and manifold blocks with complete system components to deliver turnkey solutions:
