Powerstart supplied two hydraulic starting systems for emergency fire pumps operating on a Middle Eastern oil field. Designed for CAT C18 engines, each system delivers a minimum of 45 seconds of cranking from three 50 litre accumulators. The units were mounted inside IP-rated cabinets with custom control panels, engineered to withstand local seismic conditions and ensure reliable starts in harsh outdoor environments.
